"May I get right to the point and tell you that I support
Mindy Ellis in her musical efforts 100%!
Mindy has joined our on-air personalities on many occasions and
is always poised, fun and well spoken. She has a knack for public
relations that is not always apparent in up and coming artists.
I look forward to hearing soon that she has signed with a record
label and do not doubt that this will happen for such a special
and talented young lady".

These three words describe Mindy Ellis in her most comfortable
Environment - THE STAGE. Fairs, Music Festivals, Casinos, Dance
Halls and Rodeos and Private Parties have been the backdrop for
Mindy’s performances for more than ten years.
This young country western star began performing for audiences
of all ages when she was 8 years old at her family’s ranch
in Loveland, Colorado. When she wasn’t helping tend to horses,
elk and buffalo, Mindy was picking her guitar. Her campfire songs
became the featured entertainment for chuck wagon dinner rides
and this opened doors for her performances in Colorado, Wyoming
and many other Western states.
Mindy is a Colorado native who moved to Nashville to pursue her
dreams in 1997. The first step in reaching her goal was attending
and graduating from Belmont University where she focused on the
business side of the music industry.
Her
musical talent has taken her to many large events, including;
Grand Old West Days, the Greeley Independence Stampede, Cheyenne
Frontier Days, Predators Hockey Games, and the Longhorn World
Championship Finals. Mindy has also shared the stage with several
well-known country acts including; Merle Haggard, Randy Travis,
Alan Jackson, Nitty Gritty Dirt Band, Ty England and Lacy J.
Dalton.
Since graduating in 2001, Mindy has never stopped performing.
She brings her influences of the West to the stage and keeps
her music country “COUNTRY with a little ATTITUDE!” She
has a full time band traveling 15-20 performance dates a month
building a supportive and loyal following wherever they go. When
Mindy and her band are not on the road, she is at home in Nashville
performing regularly at one of Nashville’s most popular
dance halls, the Second Fiddle located in the shadow of the historic
Ryman Auditorium.
